United Way of Weld County

About

United Way of Weld County mobilizes decision-making volunteers, assesses and manages programs, secures grants for needed community work, and maximizes the return on investments by catalyzing and coordinating collaborations and partnerships. We bring together public, private, and nonprofit partners across our region to tackle problems as a team. We can drive greater impact through collaboration. Altogether, we partner with more than 100 services and programs serving the community every day.

Education, health, and financial stability are game-changing forces in people’s lives, so our work is geared toward making positive systemic change in these areas. Our programs also address immediate needs in the community such as hunger, housing and disaster relief.
