As part of Weld’s Way Home, Weld County’s initiative to address and prevent homelessness, the HNC provides access to housing services ranging from homelessness prevention to shelter.&nbsp;The Facilities Manager position is 20-25 hours per week, depending on need; focused on completing on-site cleaning and light maintenance to ensure a clean and safe facility.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Maintain and clean the entire facility, including but not limited to cleaning floors, bathrooms/showers, bunk room, emptying trash and disinfecting</li><li>Maintain common area, grounds and parking lot. The person in this role will use a Housing First focus to plan for and manage the overnight shelter throughout its seasonal operation.
