To support the Community Impact priorities, this position strengthens community-level data efforts by leading the statewide initiatives&nbsp;<a href="http://www.findhelpidaho.org" target="_blank">findhelpidaho.org</a> and&nbsp;<a href="https://www.unitedforalice.org/" target="_blank">United for ALICE</a>. The role supports multiple collaborative efforts including the Western Idaho Community Health Collaborative, Idaho Resource Network, and Engaging Idaho Committee.&nbsp;As an integral member of the Community Impact team, the Community Data &amp; Integration Coordinator helps facilitate connections across services and systems to improve access, coordination, and outcomes for Idahoans. This role requires a growth mindset and a strong ability to use community-level data to expand outreach and accessibility of United Way initiatives. The ideal candidate builds trusted relationships, practices active listening, and uses data to identify opportunities for stronger collaboration and more connected systems.Key Responsibilities:Database Management, Reporting, and Analysis:<ul><li>Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and inclusion of programs on findhelpidaho.org, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop data reports and analyses to measure outcomes and identify gaps in service, and inform community impact strategies.&nbsp;</li><li>Analyzes annual United for ALICE data for Idaho and translate findings into clear, actionable insights at the statewide, regional, and local levels.</li></ul>&nbsp;Community Engagement:&nbsp; &nbsp;<ul><li>Deliver presentations, outreach, training, and ongoing technical support to Community Based Organizations, Community Schools, and the general public to support implementation and effective use of findhelpidaho.org, ALICE, and other community-level data tools.&nbsp;</li><li>Represent United Way’s Community Impact work at conferences, meetings, and community events.&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with Community Based Organizations to strengthen resource and referral systems across Idaho.&nbsp;</li><li>Support Community Schools in leveraging findhelpidaho.org to conduct assets and needs assessments and produce service delivery insights that strengthen coordination and improve community outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with the Western Idaho Community Health Collaborative to advance shared outcomes related to social determinants of health priorities. &nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with Engaging Idaho Committee and statewide Housing Access Points to support coordinated entry systems across Idaho.</li><li>Supports special projects related to findhelpidaho.org, United for ALICE, and Community Schools, as needed. &nbsp;</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities:<ul><li>Participate in collaborative meetings, cross-departmental work, and organizational events that support United Way of Treasure Valley’s strategic goals.</li></ul>&nbsp;Education and Experience: We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and recognize that various combinations of education and experience can contribute to the necessary knowledge and abilities for this role. Common education and experiences may include:<ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in communications, social work, public health, information management, or related field and/or three years of equivalent experience.</li><li>Previous experience in a non-profit organization is highly valued.</li><li>Familiarity with local community resources, services, and systems is beneficial.</li><li>Data management, analysis, and reporting experience preferred.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul>Physical Requirements and Travel:&nbsp;The ability to meet standard physical demands of an office environment, including prolonged periods of computer use.
