HubCAP Community Resource NavigatorPosition Summary The Community Resource Navigator will assist in the delivery of mobile, collaborative, place-based services to individuals living and working within Brown County through a new initiative called the HubCAP (Community Access Partnership). The position will be a crucial connector to help individuals and families who struggle to attain and maintain stability in their education, health, housing, and financial wellbeing. The position is full-time salaried with benefits and reports to the HubCAP Project Coordinator. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.<ul><li> Key Responsibilities Develop a deeper understanding of and collect real-time information about the unique needs and challenges experienced by Brown County residents. Collaborate with the HubCAP Project Coordinator, other Brown County United Way team members, Brown County United Way’s Advocacy Council, and other multisector partners to help address community members’ needs and barriers to accessing services, resources, and information. Organize week-to-week HubCAP locations, activities, and programming, including some evenings and weekends. Help community members engaging with the HubCAP to obtain the services and supports they need. Be familiar with or be willing to learn about local information and referral resources, including but not limited to 211, Family Services Crisis Center, the Aging &amp; Disability Resource Center of Brown County, and MyConnectionsNEW.org. Participate in Brown County area resource fairs, community coalitions, clinics, and outreach initiatives as assigned. Willingness to attend trainings and obtain certifications funded by the employer as needed. Possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and be able to drive HubCAP vehicles throughout Brown County on a daily basis. Provide backup staff support to the overall organization as needed. Other duties as assigned by the HubCAP Project Coordinator. HubCAP Community Resource Navigator

Reporting directly to the President and CEO, The Finance Director is responsible for all accounting duties for the United Way of North Central Massachusetts (UWNCM), including but not limited to data processing, deposit preparation, account and bank reconciliations, financial statements and budget preparations.&nbsp; The Finance Director works closely with all UWNCM personnel to ensure timely and accurate processing and reporting.&nbsp; The Finance Director produces and analyzes financial reports on a monthly/quarterly basis. &nbsp;This is a 20 hour per week position.
Responsibilities and Duties
<ul><li>Complete month-end close, process all general ledger entries as received on a monthly basis</li>
<li>Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance</li>
<li>Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the attention of the President/CEO</li>
<li>Reconcile balance sheet and P&amp;L accounts</li>
<li>Work closely with Treasurer to prepare/present bi-monthly financial reports for the Finance Committee</li>
<li>Coordinate annual audit.&nbsp; Work closely with the audit team to ensure a complete and timely audit</li>
<li>Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures</li>
<li>Maintain financial security by following internal controls</li>
<li>Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements</li>
<li>Supervise part time Bookkeeper</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by President/CEO</li>
<li>Prepare yearly operating budget, working closely with UWNCM Treasurer and President/CEO</li>
<li>Skills and Qualifications</li>
</ul><ul><li>Associate or Bachelor Degree in Accounting</li>
<li>4+ years’ experience in general or non-profit accounting</li>
<li>Expertise with QuickBooks accounting system and Andar Enterprise database</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills</li>
<li>Strong management skills</li>
<li>Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong time management skills</li>
