United Way of Lane County is seeking to hire a Community Impact Manager&nbsp;who will work in partnership with the Director of Community Impact to advance United Way’s work in community investments, convening, agency support, and other aspects of community engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising staff, strong written and verbal communication skills, and be highly organized with the ability to lead people and projects in line with strategic goals.&nbsp;This is a collaborative position that will work across the community impact, education (The Early Childhood Hub), resource development, operations, and marketing and communications teams, as well as businesses; donors; nonprofit agency partners; community service groups; government agencies. This position is connected to and engaged with peer Local United Ways and United Way Worldwide colleagues for continuous learning, growth and consideration of new ideas.This is a three-year, grant funded position. As the organization's leader and under the Board's direction, the President and CEO is responsible for establishing and executing United Way of Lake County's mission, vision, and strategic plan through collaboration with community leaders, volunteers, and staff. In this position, the CEO must be able to build upon existing relationships and be innovative in finding new networks across the private, public, and corporate sectors to improve conditions in the community by increasing resources and financial support for United Way of Lake County.
