<h2>Position description</h2>The Community Impact and Engagement Manager reports to the Director of Community Engagement; is results-oriented and detail focused. The Manager provides day to day supervision of the Community Engagement Coordinator; has a wide range of responsibilities that support United Way's mission through activities and efforts related to fundraising and community impact and engagement including the community impact grant process, volunteer management, and program delivery. The Manager is an engaged team member who actively pursues individual and shared fundraising goals. Key performance indicators and goals will be set each year in partnership with the Director and CEO. The summary of the manager's job includes the following. <h2>Position Summary</h2>The Community Investments Manager supports the Community Foundation and United Way of Volusia- Flagler Counties’ (CF UWVFC) strategic investment efforts. The goal of this position is to support the organization’s ability to drive positive change by strategic investments in the community through grantmaking and grant management.
