Job Summary:The Associate Vice President, Major Gifts directs all aspects of high-level donor cultivation, stewardship and relationship management. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and maintain effective communication plan that keeps donors and prospects informed and involved with United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop sponsorships and provide support for events such as: &nbsp;the Annual Leadership Recognition Event; The President &amp; CEO works in partnership with the Board of Directors and staff to provide 
leadership, vision and direction for the organization and develops organizational strategy. The 
Chief Executive leads Board approved policies, represents the organization in the community 
and manages the organization’s programs and operations, with approximately $15 million in 
revenue, a $2.7 million operating budget and 60+ full time staff.
