This position will provide leadership and coordination to create and refine processes that support students to achieve and maintain grade-level reading and math benchmarks by working closely with school partners to scale effective intervention practices through volunteers, third-party partnerships, and other means. This position will also support the development and implementation of in-school and out-of-school strategies to foster student growth in reading and math through cross-sector collaboration.Summary of Work: The Impact Manager’s core function is to facilitate impactful partnerships that develop solutions capable of improving the lives of large numbers of students rather than focusing on a single program. This requires a unique individual who has the adaptive skill set to work across sectors and political perspectives. Competencies in results-based accountability, project management, continuous improvement, and adaptive leadership are essential in this role. Facilitating collaborative outcomes is not for everyone. Website: <a href="http://www.uwnu.org" target="_blank">http://www.uwnu.org</a> Direct Supervisor: UWNU Director of Community ResourcesReports to: Weber-Morgan Local Homeless CouncilGoal: The Weber-Morgan Local Homeless Council (WMLHC) with United Way of Northern Utah (UWNU) as the fiscal agency is seeking a Housing and Homeless Systems Coordinator to support the coordinated efforts and streamline services for individuals experiencing homelessness in our county.  This includes a strategic and innovative approach to data management and analysis, advocacy and collaboration, coordinator of services, and community engagement.  The WMLHC aims to strengthen their collective efforts in addressing homelessness, ultimately working towards the goal of ensuring that every individual in our community has access to safe and stable housing. Summary of Work:  Under the general supervision of WMLHC and UWNU, the Housing and Homeless System’s Coordinator will assist in the day to day implementation of the Community Assessment and Strategic Plan 2019; Improving the Homeless Response System in Weber County (Weber County Homeless Plan), work to update the Weber County Homeless Plan, and solicit support from all key stakeholders on implementation. This position will operate at a systems level with all homeless service providers in Weber County and report back to the WMLHC and United Way of Northern Utah. Key Responsibilities<ol><li>Oversee system-level tasks which include:<ol><li>Update and implement the Weber County Homeless Plan based on the Community Assessment and Strategic Plan 2019.</li><li>Directly oversee and report outcomes of the Coordinated Entry System.</li><li>Review service provider performance measures and work with agencies to increase performance measures and data outcomes.</li><li>Research and facilitate community homeless needs based on data, including systems level best practice education.</li><li>Facilitate the goal setting process and provide recommendations for the homeless and housing systems.</li><li>Advocate on behalf of Weber County to state leaders and stakeholders (for funding and for adequate state representation).</li><li>Coordinate with Balance of State, HMIS and funding partners (including HUD, Weber Homeless Trust Fund, state, and federal sources).</li></ol></li><li>Oversee tasks specific to WMLHC which include:<ol><li>Collaborate with local homeless and housing service providers.</li><li>Manage any correspondence, agendas, and record minutes for the monthly WMLHC and subcommittee meetings; including the organization and facilitation of and participation in subcommittees and workgroups, ie.
