revenue, a $2.7 million operating budget and 60+ full time staff.

Manager, Individual Giving (Major Gifts) will co-develop the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies to support the major giving program, including but not limited to converting annual leadership donors into major gift prospects. </li><li>Manages a major gift portfolio of 100-125 prospects; maintains accurate and detailed donor records to analyze deployment of resources against team objectives.
