This role is responsible for coordinating, executing, and evaluating enrichment activities that align with academic, social-emotional, and engagement goals. Beyond grassroots coordination, the Activities Coordinator is expected to use data, strategy, and collaboration skills to inform programming decisions, ensuring all activities contribute to school-wide improvement efforts.Accountabilities:<ol><li>Develop, implement &amp; refine activities that directly support student growth and school priorities (50% of time)</li><li>Support the collection and use of CS Data (20% of time)</li><li>Establish and strengthen partnerships that contribute to measurable student success. This role is central to the successful implementation of the Community School model, ensuring that students receive the academic, social, emotional, and physical support they need to thrive.Operating as a coordinator rather than an executor, the individual in this role drives data-informed decision-making, stakeholder collaboration, and resource alignment to create sustainable, high-impact programs.
