The Early Care and Education Administrative Assistant supports the work of the ECE team by taking on administrative roles related to: &nbsp;Expanding Quality in Infant and Toddler Care (EQIT) courses, administering the Family Business Solutions (FBS) program,&nbsp; manage data tracking, support meetings, communication, assisting with reports and other general administrative duties. POSITION SUMMARY Manages daily VITA tax site operations to ensure compliance with IRS standards, accurate tax preparation, and effective volunteer management while supporting the Financial Stability Initiatives program through material distribution, client communication, and appointment scheduling.
