POSITION SUMMARY: (Hybrid, 3 days in office - Alexandria, VA)The Senior Associate will provide support to the Network Performance team. This position requires both customer service skills and technical capabilities. As part of Weld’s Way Home, Weld County’s initiative to address and prevent homelessness, the HNC provides clear access to housing services ranging from homelessness prevention to temporary cold weather shelter. This position oversees two Housing Program Assistant positions. Experience:  <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with major course work in social work, mental health, or other closely related field.  At least two (2) years of experience in general interviewing practices and/or techniques, counseling, social case/service work (including crisis prevention and intervention),community resource referral, or closely related work with preferred experience working with Veterans and/or persons with mental health conditions.  </li><li>Prior case management experience with knowledge of Veterans Administration related programming highly preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of evidence-based practices, outcome measurement, and quality management.  </li><li>Experience working with low income, homeless population, Veterans, military families, and/or service members strongly preferred. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience.  </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. </li><li>Strong desire to help others in need.
