POSITION SUMMARY The Chief Impact Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, managing and evaluating equitable funding priorities for Heart of West Michigan United Way based on the community needs of multiple counties, as well as the grant process for partnering with agencies and managing the organization's programs that directly meet these needs. They set program outcome targets that align to the mission and vision of the organization.
