United Way of East Central Iowa is seeking a highly skilled development professional to join our team as the Sr. Manager, Donor Engagement & Workplace Campaign.

As the Sr. Manager, Donor Engagement & Workplace Campaign, you will be responsible to contribute to the achievement of UWECI’s mission and vision by maximizing revenue through leading the development, implementation, and management of targeted strategies to grow the annual, multi-million-dollar campaign and year-round initiatives to increase overall contributions. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring the success of the workplace giving campaign and year-round giving, developing and executing programs designed to augment UWECI’s fundraising and relationship management strategies, and analyzing data. Includes, but is not limited to, workplace giving campaign, new business solicitations, developing year-round giving programs, donor recognition, managing grants, sponsorships, and other strategies designed to build giving relationships with new and existing donors. In this role, you will report to the Vice President, Donor Engagement & Development.
