The United Way of Hancock County seeks to measurably improve the lives of children and families in Hancock County. We contribute to approximately 27 local agencies - connecting community donors, both individual and corporate, who give, advocate and volunteer to make an impact on the needs of our community.
This role is a very community-facing position. The Resource Development Director relationally engages with donors to share the impact UWHC makes in Hancock County. The RD is responsible for ensuring success of annual workplace campaign through
- analysis of data
- development of strategies
- ongoing recruitment, coaching and leadership of campaign team
- hosting special events
- creation of compelling print materials
- smart use of technology and systems.
