The Program Manager is charged with the overall management and program oversight of United Way UFF Program to include trauma-informed care with a two-generation approach to support families on their road to restoring self-sufficiency and increased financial security by helping them achieve family financial stability to prevent homelessness and displacement and prevent school mobility for school-age children; moving families from crisis to thriving.

The program manager oversees functions to ensure that the goals and objectives specified for the program are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, acts as a liaison for the funded UFF program partners, provides agency training, and administers ongoing technical assistance with program implementation, data tracking, and program evaluation. This role is a grant-funded position.

This would be an excellent role for a MSW or similar with five years experience working in program implementation, evaluation, quality improvement, strategy development, or related area.
