Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a large volume of information, meeting preparation and scheduling, managing assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and communications, and providing excellent customer service to multiple stakeholders. Provides administrative and project management support for distribution of materials, preparation of supporting materials for meetings including PowerPoints and documents, preparing minutes, and maintaining attendance.
Serves as coordinator of various meetings including booking meeting rooms, sending calendar invitations, managing attendance, and preparing materials. Prepares, reviews, proofreads, and formats paper and electronic correspondence to include letters, agendas, annotated agendas, and presentations for the Program Director. Ensures data is updated and accurate in database(s), including Donor Services System. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing accounts, researching grantees, uploading files, and assisting in overseeing all administrative duties.
3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role preferred, or comparable educational experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional Excel skills required. The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a matrixed organization structure is a must, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and demonstrated ability to learn new technology applications; experience using Salesforce applications preferred
