The candidate will assist with the activities of the Mentoring Initiative committed to the advancement of quality mentoring programs for youth within Palm Beach County and is responsible for developing the training and technical assistance element of the mentor center’s strategic plan.  Additional responsibilities include: scheduling and developing training sessions, developing and maintaining an evaluation process, managing an invoicing system, working with network agencies around combined partner training opportunities, and assisting in identifying local tends in mentoring.   

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Science or closely related field with a minimum of three years of experience in program development in a management capacity and working with volunteers.
