Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating training sessions for the Mentoring Initiative committed to the advancement of quality youth mentoring programs within Palm Beach County and South Florida; creating evaluation tools and annual and multi-year training plans; working with network agencies to identify training needs and opportunities; designing marketing materials for training calendar and assisting with identifying local trends in mentoring. 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Services, Social Science or closely related field with a minimum of three years of experience in program development in a management capacity and working with volunteers.  Reliable transportation required for off-site travel visiting agencies and attending meetings throughout the community.
