Starting Salary Range:  $54,000 - $58,000 / year

Effective Date: Open until filled

Position Summary

The Intercultural Development Manager works to apply a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens to the organization’s operations and community engagement. The individual is a member of Spokane County United Way’s Community Impact department and works with the staff and community on projects, initiatives, and collaborations.

Intercultural competence is a capability to shift cultural perspective and appropriately adapt behavior to cultural differences and commonalities in order to achieve diversity and inclusion goals and outcomes.

This is a Full Time (40 hours per week) position.  Work hours and days are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position requires flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as needed for meetings and special events.
