Gift Processing Specialist

Job Summary

This position is part of a team responsible for detailed entry of donor gifts and data into the constituent relationship management (CRM) system through a variety of electronic tools and processes.  Working with Resource Development, Finance, and Information Technology, this position is a subject matter expert in the CRM (StratusLive) database.  Utilizing various procedures, processes, and innovative technological tools, this position ensures the entry of donor gifts adhere to donor intent and entered in a timely, accurate manner.

Salary range: $40,000 (non-exempt)

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

  • Two Year degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience, not-for-profit preferred.
  • ·Efficient and accurate data entry skills.  Proven skills in verbal and written communication.
  • ·Knowledge of computer technology, including Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and Access, and Internet browsers.
  • ·Previous experience working with databases and Customer Relationship Management software preferred.
