JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE:                                 Finance Associate

REPORTS TO:                   President

STAFF PERSON:

OBJECTIVE: To record and maintain all campaign and financial data.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:          

  • Record all campaign receipts and designations
  • Prepare and manage all A/R for campaign
  • Prepares and files all material for SECC & CFC campaigns
  • Prepares UWW reports
  • Prepares daily bank deposits
  • Prepares and manages cash flow statements
  • Manages all golf outing reports
  • Handles all A/R and A/P & EFT transfers
  • Assist and attend special events and UW functions
  • Prepare material and reports for annual audit
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  2. 3-years accounting & QuickBooks experience
  3. Self-directed, detail oriented and organized
  4. Strong grammar, punctuation, oral and verbal communication skills
  5. Self-directed, detail oriented and highly organized
  6. Superior organization skills and attention to detail and accuracy
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Office software
  8. Must be a team player with ability to work in small office and handle jobs as needed
  9. Must have valid MI driver’s license
  10. Must be able to life 25-50 lbs.
