Effective management of Berkshire United Way’s finances and administration provides the cornerstone of our work serving the community, and working to build a community where everyone can thrive. As our Finance and Administrative Associate, you will work with and under the supervision of the Finance and Administration Manger to organize and manage the day-to-day operations of our office. You will also support your community impact, fundraising, marketing, and volunteer colleagues in doing their best and most effective work.

The office is located in Pittsfield, MA; however, we work with organizations and partners throughout Berkshire County, MA. Most of the organizations we support are based in central and southern Berkshire County.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, in person. Starting hourly rate of $19-$21 and benefits.
