The United Way of Collier and the Keys is seeking a Full Time Executive Assistant.
The executive assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and Vice President of Philanthropy. The ideal candidate must be well organized with attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a client relations mindset. Also, must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Raiser’s Edge or similar database experience preferred.
Managing the CEO’s and VPP’s calendars, including making appointments
Managing the CEO’s and VPP’s email communications
Preparing materials for CEO and VPP donor meetings
Accurately and efficiently adding and maintaining donor records including call reports
Generating donor acknowledgments in a timely manner
Preparing and producing all letters and correspondence as needed
Organizing Board of Director and Board committee meetings
Maintaining Board directory and committee lists
Preparing minutes of all meetings
Coordinating Community Room reservations and event preparation
Screening and directing phone calls
Welcoming office visitors
