This community-involved individual will develop strategies, tactics, and implementation steps to increase workplace and corporate giving along with individual donor cultivation. Responsible for coordination and accountability of annual campaign activities in assigned account portfolios. Responsible for leading United Way’s Women United group, management and growth strategy. Successfully develops new and varied funding resources, achieving specified benchmarks and creating a consistent and positive experience for donors. Develops and implements donor recruitment, retention, and stewardship strategies in collaboration with the Resource Development team and the President/CEO ensuring donor growth and satisfaction.
