Position: Coordinator, Finance

Department: Finance & Administration

Supervisor: Marci Martinez-Howey, Sr. Director, Finance

Position Status: Full-Time/Salary/Non-Exempt

Salary Range: $34,000 to $38,000


  1. Perform paper envelope pledge entry
  2. Manage collections and write-off process
  3. Maintain compliance with Patriot Act Forms
  4. Perform general administrative duties: distribute mail, maintain office supplies, prep for meetings, record meeting minutes, answer main phone line, filing
  5. Interact with and field questions from agencies and donors, educate and train agencies on portal
  6. Direct and train accounting interns.


Education and/or Work Experience

  • 3-plus years of experience in office support, data entry and/or accounting; relevant education considered in lieu of experience.

Professional Skills

  • Must type at a minimum of 50 WPM and 10-key at a minimum of 150 KPM
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experienced in accounting software
  • Familiarity with database and customer relationship management software

This is a non-exempt full time position with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week.  The schedule is flexible within normal business hours Monday – Friday. This position is eligible for our full benefits package including employer subsidized health and dental insurance, vision insurance, employer paid life and ltd insurance, a retirement plan with employer contributions and a generous paid leave package.
