Community Collaborations Manager

The Community Collaborations Manager (CCM) supports programs and collective impact initiatives to achieve community change in education, financial stability and/or basic needs. Building trust and relationships with stakeholders while taking productive steps to reach goals associated with each project/collaboration will be a focal point for this manager. A key initiative for this position is coordination and support of the Leader in Me program in participating schools to ensure excellence as well as retention. The CCM is also responsible for recruitment and on-boarding of new schools to reach a 90% target.
