POSITION OVERVIEW
The Associate position is responsible for providing project management, analytics, executive
support, and administration. The role is to work with the management to gain the maximal impact
on growth, effectiveness, and efficiently for the CME and RD departments. This position will work
closely with the CME and RD teams to ensure well-coordinated support systems and project
implementation.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Donor and supporter engagement activities
● CRM Team leader - data entry, information management, and training support
● Analytic and administrative support for the CMDO.
● Inter-department collaboration with fellow associates
● Maintains, monitors, and provides donor informational and analytical reports for the CRM
system.
● Works with management for the continuous process improvement of CRM system integration
● Provides communications, tracks due dates, and follow-ups to ensure the team stays
aligned and meets deliverables.
● Organizes and publishes meeting notes to ensure all CME and RD team members are
aligned.
● Ability to coordinate systems and teams to ensure accurate and timely role fulfillment.
● Assist with special events and projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
● High School Diploma
● Two to three years of experience with customer service support.
● Proficient and relevant knowledge and skills with a focus on customer relationship
management systems (CRM), Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management
software.
● High degree of professionalism and discretion is required.
● Customer-centric relationship and problem-solving skills.
● Strong oral and written communications skills with an ability to effectively engage diverse
groups of individuals across the organization.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the employee to be able to lift 30 pounds. The employee is regularly
required to stand for long periods of time. The employee is frequently required to use finger and
hand motion, and to reach using arms and hands. The position may also require significant
walking and the capability to climb stairs. The employee will need to have the ability to talk to and
hear customers during events. Specific visiual abilities required include close vision, distance
vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. There may be additional physical
requirements associated with off-site corporate or volunteer events.

This position requires the individual to work in a range of environments and conditions. It
requires possible coverage of round-the-clock work shifts for campaign support, evening and
weekend work, shift work, working outdoors, and working with challenging clients. The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and
dry/arid conditions. Mostly inside the office though as much as 20% of the time can be away
from the office in project or event management. Flexible hours are required as job duties
demand. Must have a valid Driver’s License, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
