Member Duties: The AmeriCorps VISTA Member will be responsible for building the capacity of a local nonprofit organization to provide health, education, and economic mobility services through the following activities: grant writing and fund development; volunteer recruitment and training; marketing and communications; program assessment, development, and implementation; data collection, research, and analysis; and/or community outreach and engagement. AmeriCorps VISTA members serve full-time in a nonprofit organization and spend 10% of their time with the cohort learning and working collaboratively to address community-wide issues.
