The Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) oversees the development, execution, communication, and strategic initiatives in philanthropy, communications, marketing, volunteer engagement, and mobilization. By driving innovative thinking and data-driven strategies, the CAO will position Trident United Way (TUW) to be seen as a visionary market leader by the community, donors, and other philanthropic organizations. Provide leadership to optimize the volunteer experience and maximize opportunities for engagement and involvement.Fund Development &amp; ManagementDevelop a donor-centric approach that incorporates development best practices that provide an exceptional donor experience inspiring increased giving and long-term engagement. Evaluate donor experience in order to design, implement, and continuously improve a resource development model based on best practices. In this senior manager position on the Community Impact team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting United Way’s mission to strengthen economic mobility and well-being in Greater Cincinnati. You will contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at addressing community conditions and fostering positive change. As a leader on Impact networks unit, you will lead key initiatives that provide the infrastructure to enable collaborative efforts with key partners and stakeholders aimed to implement new community solutions, strengthen capacity, reshape practices, inform policy change, and directly contribute to measurable change in the community. General Description: The Housing Manager is responsible for overseeing compliance with housing rules and policies, overseeing Veteran’s needs are properly addressed, documenting all activities and interactions in a residential housing setting. Primary Job Responsibilities &amp; Senior Development Officer

The Director of Corporate Relations, NW Region is a full-time position responsible for building and strengthening relationships with corporate partners within the NW Region (Cobb, Douglas, Paulding, and Cherokee counties). The Director of Corporate Relations will grow relationships with decision-makers and C-suite leaders, demonstrating initiative and development expertise as part of the UWGA team.
