Our Focus Areas

From early childhood education to mentoring and internships for students, our education initiatives start from birth and support student achievement all the way through graduation.

Financial Stability

Financially stable families are the foundation of a thriving community. Our income initiatives help families find the assistance they need and put them on track to financial stability.

Our comprehensive health initiatives keep people healthy throughout their lives, ranging from mental health counseling to helping our seniors stay healthy at home.

2-1-1 is the easy to remember, three-digit telephone number that connects Northeast Florida callers to health, social and human services and more than 4,000 community programs. This community help resource is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The highly trained call specialists are prepared to make the connections that callers need, from saving lives on the suicide hotline to helping families keep the lights on.

2-1-1 provides information to more than 100,000 callers in Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau, Baker, Putnam, Columbia, Suwannee, and Hamilton counties every year. Each call specialist has access to a database of services that can help solve a wide variety of problems, and the referrals they make provide critical data and analysis on the real needs in our community.
